|
The diagnosis of craniofacial pain may be confused by a numerous factors, such as obscure symptomology, the potential for referral from systemic disease, and the many peripheral and central factors associated with sensory system. But precise and exact diagnosis must be made for good outcome by selecting appropriate one from numerous treatment modalities. Here we will show the various neurosurgical treatment modalities for the treatment of craniofacial pain with each advantages and disadvantages.
